Trees Sifter is the solution to determine the time to the most recent common ancestor (TMRCA) of a set of DNA sequences, using population evolution modelling. The program is a simulator of genealogies with a defined model of coalescence of lineages, after witch it compares each simulation genealogy to the genealogy inferred from the real data.
